Forget all the hype about cancer and such, it has now been conclusively proven that breast implants are good for you!
A husband in Moscow, perhaps mistaking her for the woman he married, tried to stab his wife in the heart only to find the knife lodging in one of the breast implants he got for her when he still wanted her alive. The woman is apparently doing okay, but the implant did not survive the surgery, and its partner is reportedly having both the woman and her husband charged with Depraved Indifference Leading to Actual Death.
